Grace English Lutheran School Partners with the Chicagoland Lutheran Educational Foundation (CLEF) - Good News Fund The mission of the CLEF Good News Fund is to partner with Chicago's Lutheran school to ensure that every child in Chicago has the opportunity to experience Christ's love through a quality Christian education.
Walcamp With the generous support from Chicagoland Lutheran Educational Foundation Grace English Lutheran School is able to send our 5th and 6th grade students to Walcamp. Walcamp is an outdoor education facility that teaches our students about God through hands-on activities in His wonderful world of nature. Through various activities our students develop skills and habits that strengthen them physically, mentally and spiritually. The students leave Walcamp with a greater appreciation for the complexity of nature and a better understanding of our place in Godís world.
Your child is unique - Your child is special to us. Grace English Lutheran School is providing your child with a personalized learning experience geared specifically to hi or her needs.
We are pleased to partner with CLEF to bring eSpark into our classrooms. Students in the eSpark progrm use iPads to participate in interactive literacy activities for sixity minutes daily. Learning is aligned to each child's personal goals and tied to the Common Core Standards.
Engaging and fun, eSpark leads to accelerated growth in literacy.
